NOTE: Save game editing parts from ME1/ME2 options are not retroactive.Meaning, if you edit ME1/ME2 options 'on the fly' on any particular save and continue playing that save, it will have no effect. That is because ME3 (and ME2 too for ME1 import) only processes old-game flags during save game import, that is, when you start a new game.Which means, start ME3 game with your preferred face, make a manual save. Now upen up that save file with the editor and make the changes your want. THEN start another ME3 game using your edited ME3 save as the import start. That will get you the 'old-game' options you wanted.
